Essentialshine started with a love for helping women feel healthier and more at home in their lives — and this year it has expanded in so many exciting ways.
Today I offer personal training, group fitness, wellness coaching, essential oils, workshops, digital resources, and practical tools for creating a healthier everyday life.
And honestly, we’re just getting started.
