Ways I use Breather in my home over the years :

With littles and babes:

-Right into the diffuser any time there’s congestion. Into baths.

-Just a few drops in their bathtub. Or adding just a few drops to epsom salt then sprinkle into their bath.

-Just 5-10 drops into a 10 ml roller bottles, top off with your favorite carrier oil. Rolled down spines, over cheasts, onto the bottom of feet when ill and / or congested/ coughing.

With Me:

-ALL of the above.

-over sore muscles and aches. it acts and aids like a mellowed down Deep Blue

-onto my temples, back of neck with headaches or tension

-open the cap &take a breath, when anxious, stressed, over doing it

-before and during exercising and dancing - applied and / or diffused into the room

-onto towels with water, ring out, then into the fridge. Cooooool Down.

-into a spray bottle with water. ( about 10 drops is great in a 2 ounce bottle). In my purse for hot flashes or hot weather/ rooms. cars.

-CAN aid in travel sickness if do not have Ginger, Peppermint, or Fennel, Digestzen. Inhaling it.

I will keep a little bottle in the shower and just drop a few drops onto the floor before I turn the water on- feels like a spa! But also - how sweet would these be - in a jar as a homemade healthly gift ! ::

Melissa - the oil of light

20% off in November

In Greek, melissa means “honeybee.” Melissa officinalis—also known as lemon balm—received the name melissa because its sweet, fresh, and citrus-like fragrance was known to attract bees.

Melissa essential oil offers a wide range of benefits and uses. She’s a powerhouse and an investment much like our Frankencense and Rose oils. Given that our oils have years of a shelf life as long as stored propery ( in a cooler area out of direct heat and sunlight). Certainly worth the investment if needing her aid. And this month she is 20% off!

Historical Uses

Anciently, melissa was used for nervous disorders and many different ailments dealing with the heart or the emotions. It was also used to promote fertility. Melissa was the main ingredient in Carmelite water, distilled in France since 1611 by the Carmelite monks.

Other Possible Uses

Allergies, anxiety, asthma, bronchitis, chronic coughs, colds, cold-sore blisters (apply directly three times per day), colic, depression, eczema, erysipelas, insomnia, menstrual pain, migraine, nausea, nervous tension, throat infections, vertigo.

Dr. Dietrich Wabner, a professor at the Technical University of Munich, reported that a one-time application of true melissa oil led to complete remission of herpes simplex lesions. According to the man who created our term Aromatherapy/ Aromatherpist adn the study of : Robert Tisserand, “Melissa is the nearest one can find to a rejuvenator—not something which will make us young again, but which helps to cushion the effect of our mind and the world outside on our body.” This is why I always keep her on hand in my home. If I apply at immediate onset I can prevetn it coming. If I catch it late, it’s a much quicker heal time.

Emotionally She is the oil of LIGHT. And because in prayer I am told I am a light, I keep her handy. This season of life not easy, so I need aid to help keep me plugged IN to keep shinning. At feelings of darkness, depression, deep worry, stress I will take out my Melissa and simply inhale and apply just 1 drop. I too savior our more precious oils. and 1 drop does in fact service our body greatly. Either onto my heart, or on my thumb and up onto the roof of my mouth.

As with all - reach out with any question or needing more information. I am an email or text away.

My love and my LIGHT to YOU this November.

A refreshed enlightened start with these two oils. EnJOY!
